Lowered? Ha! They are still trying various ways to get around TABOR. Oh, and the roads are bad and getting worse.

They want to keep our tax refund and get rid of the Tabor amendment so they can raise taxes as much as they want. The Dems control the state.

So far, we still have TABOR protecting us. But they keep trying to chip away at it.
