The cost of defending against lawsuits is high. The court system is weaponized. Defendants incur costs to defend themselves against frivolous lawsuits. Many defendants, who are clearly in the right, can’t afford the litigation and knuckle under. The left wins because the social justice organizations and leftist dominated agencies of the bureaucracy have deep pockets.
Begs the question of where these homos are getting the money to spend on frivolous suits.
