The street thugs are the
crooked politicians enforcers and
they use their connections to make sure
their guys don’t get busted or
get them out when they do.
They have an army of wanna be gangsters to
recruit from to replace the ones that
get caught or killed.
Bypassing the Chicago Courts is a good start but
it’s the drug and trafficking $$$ that keeps the
Chicago Machine grinding away.

And the dirty little secret is that the gangs are GOTV muscle every Election Day.
