The recounts exposed a network of ballot problems in Broward and Palm Beach counties that caused state, local and national leaders to call out the Sunshine State as an electoral basket case.

Why doesn't the Florida Democratic Party commit to cleaning up the mess in Broward and Palm Beach counties? Both are Democrat controlled. Right now would be the time to purge the voter rolls in preparation for next year's elections; do it now, do it right, and do it transparently. Right now would be the time to ensure that there is full transparency and accountability in the county clerk and county elections offices. Now is the time to ensure that polling places are fully staffed with representatives of both parties, that election workers are well-trained in the procedures and the law, and that the chain of custody for ballots will be ensured. Now is the time to establish procedures to ensure that no boxes of mystery ballots turn up after the polls have closed.

But no. The Florida Democratic Party doesn't seem much interested in ensuring fair, honest and transparent elections in democrat controlled counties. It is preoccupied with more important matters, such as recounting and litigating results it doesn't like after the fact.

This is part and parcel of the Left, which has realized that its identity politics is cannibalistic and they need alternative methods of obtaining victory in elections. Leftism is dependent on new victims to exploit, and when they begin to run out of them, the "victims" begin to turn on each other as happened in the charter school issue in New York City between Asians who were getting admitted on merit and blacks getting admitted on quota, where the Asians took issue with being denied, and the blacks resented it.

Since the Left has plumbed the depths of identity politics so deeply with now slighly diminishing returns, they have developed polices to put a full court press on all of the institutions of the Republic having anything to do with elections.

Endless, planned, strategic, and tactical litigation is just one arm of it. Other arms include:

• The Soros backed Secretary of State Initiative
  
  
• The destruction of the Electoral College.
  
  
• Popular vote pact.
  
  
• Ballot Harvesting.
  
  
• Ranked Voting
  
  
• Opposition to voter ID laws
  
  
• Opposition to voter roll maintenance
  
  
• Removal of time limitations on voting, allowing early voting
  
  
• Relaxation of absentee ballot restrictions
  
  
• Gerrymandering (done by both sides, but more often for unfair rank political advantage by the Left)
  
  
• Endeavors to get Electors to abdicate their responsibility to voters of a state by voting against the will of the electorate.
  
  
• Outright voter fraud.

And so on. They are attacking it on all fronts to destroy it.

FL’s dress rehearsal in 2018 was almost successful. They’ve targeted where the bugs were in voter fraud and they’ll have had two years to fix the problems when November 2020 rolls around.

We can hope that DeSantis has a committee working now on how to handle Rat cheating.

Liberal Jewish people from NYC area gravitate toward those counties. Is there any hope that some of them will see the light about the Rats, thanks to the new official anti-semitic tone of the party?
