CNN's Jim Acosta: Trump is 'crazy like a fox'
The Hill ^ | June 9,2019 | BY JUSTIN WISE

CNN's chief White House correspondent Jim Acosta on Sunday weighed in on discussions about President Trump’s mental state, saying he thinks Trump is “more crazy like a fox."

"I tell folks, I’m not a psychiatrist," Acosta said on CNN's "Reliable Sources." "I can’t assess the president’s mental state, but I will tell you is my sense of it, covering him for a pretty long period of time now, is that he’s more crazy like a fox."

Acosta went on to note former White House chief strategist Steve Bannon told him in an interview that Trump purposefully says sensationalistic things to stir reactions from the press.

"Bannon explains in an interview that I had with him, that what Trump tries to do is really control the narrative by saying sensational things that sound wild and nutty sometimes, and he does this because he knows it dominates the news cycle," Acosta said. "That make it a priority for us in the news business to talk about him nonstop. And he loves that and he capitalizes [on] that."

Acosta, who has repeatedly sparred with the White House, spoke with CNN's Brian Stelter just days ahead of the release of his book, "The Enemy of the People: A Dangerous Time to Tell the Truth in America," which dives into the Trump administration and its relationship with the press.

His comments about Trump came hours after George Conway, the husband of White House counsellor Kellyanne Conway, said that Trump was "mentally unwell."

When he retires he could write an encyclopedia on New York corruption.

"Took Acosta long enough to figure out something so simple."

There is the bottom line problem with CNN, MSNBC, CBS, NBC, ABC and the big newsprint. They no longer have or refuse to use commonsense or deductive reasoning. I was taught reasoning and rational thinking in grade school. It's even inherent in most children around the age of 8-10. Even they know when something makes sense.

These are the so-called educated (journalist) adults who can't think past their own biases and want to tell us how to think.

It makes you wonder if Trump has pictures of Acosta with a 9 year old girl. Or maybe a 9 year old male.

Seriously. It's been obvious since 2015 that Trump knows how to seize the 36 hour news cycle and bend it to his advantage. They're just now catching on?

If these morons had even done a bit of basic research on Trump they would have figured this out long ago. He told about it in Art of the Deal.

He says “crazy” things to stir uncontrollable emotions in his adversaries, thus besting them at every turn.

They are unable to act rationally.

I don’t see how Kelly Ann’s role in the administration helps
Trump, considering her liberal husband. I think she should resign.

Acosta, Stelter and Geo. Conway, the “Three Horses’ Asses of the Apocalypse”.

Even Roto-Rooter won’t get near them to clean them out. Haven’t got a rooter machine big enough or a pit large enough to store all the shit in their heads.

Building giant skyscrapers in Manhattan is by far the hardest thing to do

Our great and wonderful president Donald J Trump did all this for one reason and one reason only

he loves this great country of America and wants to give back

He loves the people of this great nation

He loves the founding of this great nation

He is the definition of conservative
