Trump needs to be re-elected along with majorities in both Houses, then pass legislation ending the FISA Court. Personally, I’d like to see the FISA judges thoroughly investigated along with CJ Roberts ( who is their overseer).
The idea of secrecy in our Judicial process is completely antithetical to the Constitution.
