Don’t get me wrong, I’d take a Cruz over a Beto any day of the week and twice on Sunday, but his latest stunt brought me back to his Speech at the RNC Convention.
In this instance it is better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to talk and remove all doubt. I was actually quite surprised when he joined Cornyn on this.

Cruz is strange guy. Not clear what his personal agenda is, but clearly it is not most of our agenda.
