No kidding, or shoot anyone. Not even a dog! But either someone provided false information, the CHP lied to the judge, or the judge is a rubber stamp and doesn't care about the 4th amendment. Whichever is the case, where is the accountability? Yes, that's a rhetorical question, as we all know there isn't any.
