The state was misled into thinking that the school was harboring illegal drugs, amassing ammunition, and preparing for doomsday.


If the school were thought to be harboring illegals they would have been just fine.
Just curious, but when did ‘harboring’ ammunition become a crime?

Well in sane 2A world it would not be BUT don’t forget this is anti gun californication now. The recently enacted laws probably have a section dealing with ammo stockpile and probably described it as more than 10 rounds.

When the State says that it is. The State decides what is a crime and what is not a crime. The State also decides who is a criminal and who is not a criminal.
