Don’t know anything about Arizona law, but this would be absolutely not actionable in California. Even conceding wrongfulness (which I don’t concede) not extreme enough to constitute intentional infliction of emotional distress. Statements of opinion not actionable as defamation

Plus I see he entered a plea to the criminal conduct with which he was charged. Bank on it- this goes nowhere
