As if social services, charities, and even panhandling didn't exist as options. Furthermore, he isn't even talking about taking money under the table or misrepresenting one's background to get employment. He's excusing violence. Let's be clear. No one is FORCED to commit a VIOLENT crime, chief.

AND the prison system holds high school classes and all inmates have an opportunity to get their GED or HS diploma.
