I don’t know if Crawford gets off Scot free. Seems like bearing false witness against some one with the martial skills of a seal is unadvisable at best.

Lorge ultimately came out and said he was pressured to uphold the conviction against Barry

He and evry person that applied said Pressure to send an Innocent Man to Prison should ROT IN PRISON for the Rest of their miserable lives.

Hey, it was lawyers - JAGs - that convinced CAAF to dismiss with prejudice.

Unbelievable.

The head lawyer for the Navy (a woman named DaRenzi) threatens to end Lorge’s Career if he doesn’t uphold the conviction?

And her only argument is that she’ll end his career?

I wonder if they teach that in law school?

I’d worry about former SEAL buddies going rogue and getting their own justice.
You seriously do not want to make blood/honor enemies of those guys.

My experience with JAGs has not been good.

My experience with civilian lawyers has not been good.

The vast majority of JAGs and civilian lawyers that I have encountered have not been good people.

That does not mean I think ALL JAGs and civilian lawyers are bad people.

I hope you have a pleasant weekend.

“Military Justice” seems to be as corrupt as the FBI and as malicious. ALL those convicted of battlefield infractions should be paardoned and released by DJT. It is as when a lab worker has been found fudging the lab analyses for a police department. Every conviction that is based even tangentially on that worker’s analyses is tainted and all are thrown out.

And ,boy did they do it. And they are still working with all their might to destroy America. They are divided into three groups: 1. The Republican Party. 2. The God hating, abortion loving Democrat Party. 3. The Main Stream Media.

However, when he was running for office, he said more than once,"If elected, I will fundamentally transform America." That was what the people who voted for him wanted. And they re-elected him.

At a minimum, they are lousy risks for life insurance, AD&D, and major medical insurance.

They tend to be prone to a series of unfortunate events.

I’m sorry you’ve had such bad experiences. My philosophy as an Air Force JAG was that no JAG should be able to be a Chief of Military Justice until he/she has been a defense counsel. It makes for more mature decision making.
