People such as the elderly are only homeless & hungry when Republicans are in the WH. When Rats are in office Rat Manna falls from heaven, clothing is found on rose bushes & shelter springs up out of the ground like mushrooms!

Under Carter, Clinton and obozo these problems didn’t exist in their world.
