That's the part that always gets left out of these articles. Over the years, but especially from Bush 43's 2nd term through Obama, I would laugh at jobs (primarily in the tech field) where the description was the duties, responsibilities, and requirements of a manager while offering an entry level salary.
Those days might be coming to an end.
