He could have had a nice lawsuit on his hands. Probably just threatening to bring one would have made the administration cave, because even they would know it’s an open and shut case.
Yeah, he would have. But the point was to piss off the administration, and to open up people’s eyes to the hypocrisy of having a BSA without a WSA being considered or allowed. He actually put together a little booth with a big sign, just to grab attention...which he did.
