Pakistani intelligence is known for 'working with' every side... taking bribes from everyone, and lying all the way around. I'd like to know how many 'Americans' gave 'speeches' in Pakistan... and who they were. Did the pakis sell out to the Chinese? Only if the Chinese were in the country and breathing.
