The mumbling is that the Senate could override.
I really doubt they could get the 60-70 Reps needed in the House, though.
They can over ride the veto easily with ALL the Dems voting for it AND half of Republicans!!!
It’s not happening. They’re daring Trump to cross a line, and he will. Then they’ll fall to pieces, if not in the Senate then for sure in the House. A party-line vote in either will mean no override.
But let’s suppose that they do override. The never-Trumpers will get primaried, and the Dems will get pounded to dust. The people support a wall, and tariffs.
