Oh, I agree. That said, while I hate the waste of taxpayer money to prosecute this loser, I will enjoy knowing he will, unless his former employer covers it, be paying his ill earned pay to an attorney. If they can bankrupt the scumbag, well, it would be a little touch of justice.
I also hope this is the case. But knowing government schools, I suspect the taxpayers will pay for his defense, or at least they have paid for the insurance that will defend him. We'll see.
