National Post ^ | June 3, 2019 | Joseph Brean

It’s fun.

Fun is not allowed!

Being happy is problematic.

We used to call dodge ball “smash face”.

We played Dodgeball in Gym, mostly in high school. In Grammar School, we learned how to dance, including square dancing. I grew up in Rochester, NY in the 50’s. Things sure were different in those days.

Every sport, and every test, does the same thing.

Fuching idiots screwing up kids, on purpose.

I think Dodgeball is great...but I do have a memory of some groups of girls standing together, kind of scared, as boys with big arms zipped balls at them. Probably 5-6th grade type of thing. Probably not a ton of fun for them, to be honest.

Of course, the way around that is to offer an alternative for the kids who really don't want to play, not to ban all kids from playing dodgeball.

Be careful! These idiots have been trying to get rid of football for 30+ years.

It is just an attempt to weaken America. The more people are dependent on the government the more power & control they believe they will have. Like brining back the royalty of days gone by, and the peasants that served them.

That statement applies to many sports. Deception, overpowering, and celebrating victory are just some of the antisocial behaviors people like to see demonstrated under a clear set of rules. Nothing new.

You are lucky to be tall. I was usually one of the shortest in my class. I was 5 years old when I began Kindergarten - back when you could start school of you were born before January 15th. Born in November to relatively short parents, I could be resentful except they were such great parents. God blessed me with wonderful parents. May they R.I.P..

Although I loved sports, I never cared for dodgeball.

I loved the way those balls would ring when you bounced them.

So after football is totally pussified, and the nba games are basically played in jails,

I would watch a professional level dodgeball match.

Just because it would piss off so many libtards, and its a fun game. Would be interesting to see the different team strategies that develop to take put the other team.

You cant rule out head shots. first its a rubber ball.

second anyone would deliberately try to shift to get a ball to hit their head.

We’re talking teenagers here. Never underestimate the poor decision making capacity of youth. YouTube is practically built on videos of teenagers working hard for a Darwin award. :-)

Actually dodgeball taught me that only the losers die young. Just sit back and hide and let the fools play themselves out. It was always me a couple others at the end. Lol. Fun times.

Best was playing it with a volleyball so you could put some spin on it and hook it into people. Made it trickier to dodge.
