I live in Canada and about to my limits with this crap.

I was in Canada years ago and I got the impression if you were starting up a business you needed an Indigenous Indian partner.
Is that the case, or does it depend where in Canada you are locating the business? - Tom

No, never heard of that.

The complication is for mining companies/oil and gas. The approval process could involve natives, if pipelines cross their land, or even if they think their neighboring reserves could be affected.
