I tend to think he was a perv too. Even the story of how he met his wife waves a red flag. She was married with children when they met later. She divorced and married him within a year. That doesn’t add up for me. Folks in law school with him considered him a bit unusual too.

And he was elected by people like me to Chief Justice the Alabama supreme court. He then takes it upon himself to have a 5,000+ monument delivered to state building. It wasn’t him building. It was a state building. Instead of doing the job he was elected to do, he was removed from office. He has been removed from office twice.

Most of us are tired of his grandstanding.

Yes! And what does that say about a Judge that refuses to follow an upper court’s ruling? It means he believes in anarchy. Folks here moan and ache every time a Judge legislates from the bench. Here we have a Judge that refuses to follow an order and as such is rightly removed from office. All due to his camera hound tendencies to fulfill his ego.

The courtroom isn’t where you make “a political statement.” Take your case up with the court house which makes state law or congress in the case of a federal judge. Yet folks here cheered endlessly as he defied a higher court all because “he’s on our side.” Had he been a democrat judge all hell would have broken loose.
