Maybe he could go on a Mormon mission to infiltrate an MS-13 gang and go on a crime spree with them and hope not to get spotted as a bumbling moronic, grinning oaf by the deadly illegals.

IMO, the state has gone lilac, and SLC is a Sanctuary City in all but name.
