The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.U.S. Constitution, Art. II, Sec. 4.
If they actually did that, the swamp would be rained overnight. The "impeachers" should be the ones being impeached.
BTW, this is an affirmative statement, mainly about removal. "Misdemeanors" is pretty wide open Not sure where Clinton's dalliances fall in. It may be that the Constitution is fairly loose about the required reasons for impeachment.
Bill Clinton was a sleaze, but that is not grounds for impeachment. His voters knew that and voted for him anyways. It was the perjury - lying under oath on a topic that the judge had specifically ruled was germane to the case. That was one of the most serious non-violent felonies in existence. Clinton should have been removed from office for that major crime, not for one of his many "dalliances".
If you look at what misdemeanor meant at the time, it meant behaving in ways that demean the office, such as dressing inappropriately or public drunkeness, and that could include petty crimes but not just that; high crimes would be the corrupt abuse of office.
If elected, Hillary could have been impeached and convicted for selling of farts, cabbages, and urine. This lack of concern for personal hygiene demeans the office. Bill should have been impeached and removed from office for his disgraceful behavior with Monica Lewinsky.

_______________
Clinton committed perjury.
“other high Crimes and Misdemeanors”
The Constitution left that to the US Congress to define.
If they have the votes, POTUS is gone.
PERIOD.
