Four women from Latin America whose lives were put at risk when they were not allowed abortions after being raped as girls are taking their cases to the UN human rights committee.

The women, from Nicaragua, Ecuador and Guatemala, filed cases against their governments on Wednesday for failing to provide appropriate healthcare and denying them abortions, even when it was their legal right to have one.

Now aged between 18 and 23, the women were 14 or younger when they were raped. All were attacked by older men and dropped out of school after discovering they were pregnant. Although each of the women filed a police complaint, no one was ever arrested or charged in connection with the attacks.

The cases are being being brought on behalf of the women by the Center for Reproductive Rights, a US-based legal NGO, and Planned Parenthood Global, with law firm Debevoise & Plimpton LLC, as well as local partners.

So. The UN is deemed to be the enforcer of abortion "rights".

This could set a precedent to try to interfere with the USA in the near future.

How were their lives put at risk by not giving them “free” abortions?

From various accounts I’ve read, the blue helmets do a lot of that. And, if the un says They’re ‘entitled’ to their desired abortions, I guess any law passed in the US is moot. Right? NOT! FTUN. While we’re at it, strip any US park of a ‘world heritage site’ designation. And, send Bekins to NYC to start unloading the huge money pit on the Hudson for shipment to zimbabwe. I’m sure they’ll like it there.

My first thought after reading the headline was;

What?

With the U.N., women can get one stop rape AND abortion. It’s a win-win situation.

This is about funding perverted policies and peoples. It is not about helping underprivileged Latinas. Repent!

This is commonplace behavior in the lower strata of Latin American countries.Girls as young as 8-10 frequently start having sex with their older brothers or cousins and then move on to older men when they are around 12. Because of the current taboos on saying anything bad about the little brown brothers this is a suppressed reality. Just ask any Anglo who has spent time working in Latin America , especially Mexico, Central America or north South America .
