The problem then was there were 16 candidates all fighting for the top spot. After they figured out what Trump was really like, they fought like dogs. Mark fought like a dog for his candidate. But he didn’t need time to get over it like Rubio and about a 1/3 of the Republicans. Listen to him now. He’s supporting Trump and fighting for him like nobody else.

That’s fine. I know I’m probably harder on the jerk than I should be. The problem I have with the guy is that he has a pattern of getting things wrong, then after the fact, rewriting history to pretend he was right all along. If he supports Trump now, fine. Just don’t get suckered into believing he’s some brilliant guru - The Great One. He’s been wrong so often. He needs to start calling Hannity the great one. At least Hannity, for all his flaws, got it right with Trump and was gracious enough to throw Mark’s career a lifeline after Mark had gone full Never Trump. This, after Mark slammed Hannity on air for criticizing Never Trumpers, two months before the election.

The only other thing I would challenge would be this statement “Mark fought like a dog for his candidate.” No, he never really got on board completely. I would characterize his ‘support’ as luke warm at best. When you pepper each of your shows in the month before the election with, “Folks, I’m afraid we may have picked the wrong candidate to take out Hillary”, or “I’ll criticize Trump when he’s wrong and I’ll support him when he’s right”, and other similar comments, that’s clearly someone who wants to straddle the fence and position himself to say “See, I told you so”, if Trump lost. That’s not fighting like a dog to get Trump elected.
