My current feeling is that the OIG report will follow his previous methodology and decline to recommend prosecution.
I know folks were hoping for better news, but remember this whole thing is rocking the institutions of government and he may have just punted to avoid more disruption.
I still say Barr is engaged in Modified, Limited Hangout because he believes if he were to acknowledge a former president repeatedly broke the law and if Barr were to publicly acknowledge what we all know it would be so destabilizing it would endanger the country itself. What he fails to understand is that in the absence of doing so he is actually bringing the country to it’s knees.
