The big problem is there is no consistent definition for what Mass Shooting means. CDC defines it as 3 or more people in one incident.

By that criteria, there were four “mass shootings” in Chicago last weekend (two at the same address a couple of hours apart) wounding 10 and killing 4.

Do you have a link to that definition? Is it three or more shot or killed or either? Must the three or more include the shooter in all cases?
