It’s creepy.
It’s wrong.
But I don’t see this as “sexual assault.”
The creep is invading someone’s personal space, and, worse, doing it to a child.

By calling it something it’s not, it makes our side look irrational and over-reactive - and we don’t need to do that. It’s wrong enough for what it TRULY is.

You’re right - we’ll have to agree to disagree.

But, just to be clear, I was talking about THIS instance. All I see is him touching the girl’s shoulders and being way too close. I don’t see this as “assault,” much less “sexual assault.” Let’s not turn into the very snowflakes we hate.
