Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy has reinstated the Ukrainian citizenship of Mikheil Saakashvili, the former Georgian president who served as governor of Ukraine's Odesa region in 2015-16.
In a decree signed and posted on the presidential website on May 28, Zelenskiy annulled a portion of his predecessor Petro Poroshenko's July 2017 decree that deprived Saakashvili of his citizenship.
Zelenskiy's decree comes eight days after his inauguration and six days after Saakashvili's lawyer, Ruslan Chornolutskiy, filed a request seeking restoration of Saakashvili's citizenship.
Saakashvili's spokeswoman Tanya Bahranovska told RFE/RL that he will fly from the Polish capital, Warsaw, to Kyiv on the afternoon of May 29.
Saakashvili was granted Ukrainian citizenship and appointed to the Odesa governor's post in 2015 by Poroshenko, an acquaintance from their student days.

I now believe Zelensky is a puppet of oligarch’s de-facto counil led by Kolomoisky and his function is to completely ruin the country so they would first short sell it and then would buy everything they don’t own yet on the cheap.

It is reasonable to believe they would use Zelensky easily with his Western Hollywood Entertainment mindset.
In fact it is more complicated. They have their own swamp independent from NWO but no less nasty and near as powerful on their turf or more.
Zelenskiy is currently owned by the latter and I believe they want him to do that I told.
Bringing back Saakashvili who is a part of a rival Soros gang is an interesting turn meaning Zelensky is about to cut strings to seek balance between factions or to switch allegiance from his local swamp to NWO.
None mean any good for the average Ukrainians who are about to see another plunge on living standards but the outcome is meaningful for the foreign policy.
I've only seen NWO Bad Guys, NWO Really Bad Guys, and the NWO Swamp Really EVIL Guys.
I agree the average Uke is completely screwed.

I didn’t know his story, just came across.
To verify theory I am waiting would Zelensky declare default on foreign loans or not and in what form. There are also to ways how to do it. He might define it a corrupt dealing of previous government and therefore refuse to recognize it the way Poroshenko did on loans predating his adnimistration or to simply declare default based on insolvency. One or another or third variant would help to predict some further moves.
Western and Eastern desire to control Ukraine has always been about control of Ukraine's wealth and resources, not so much about freedom and liberty for the Ukrainian people.
If, how and when Zelensky declares default would give an indication where his loyalties lie.
