Trump is timing Brennan's moment of truth/trial/execution until after 2020 when he (POTUS) has max power and nothing to lose.

Same for Brennan's entire cabal, right up the ladder to the highest point at which justice can be meted out.

If I had to guess, justice will be meted out to some folks away from the public glare. But, if POTUS gets his way (and he usually does), it will be meted out nonetheless--for the sake of the country and all that is right and holy.
