Face it. New York City has been transformed into a city dominated by Hispanic and Black voters. The majority of the City Council and administrative agencies are non white. The common political theme that dominates and is increasingly made manifest is Marxist racial identity division. Almost all policies are characterized by a resentment and hostility to whites and white culture. Asians appear to some as “white like” since they tend in the mind of others to behave and live like whites. Things will only be getting worse in NYC despite its huge commercial, cultural and physical assets.

New York City has been transformed into a city dominated by Hispanic and Black voters.

And not very bright ones at that. They seem to be dominated by low information voters, those not wanting to bother reading up on candidates or issues. They go more by catchy slogans and emotions. This kind of voter is quick to seize upon candidates who promise freebies and absolve them of personal responsibility, making them highly vulnerable to slick-talking types selling socialism and downright Marxism. And blaming others (in this case, whites) for the problems they caused for themselves. When they see Asians becoming successful in a single generation, vs. several generations of blacks living on welfare in low income housing projects, they feel resentful. If they were as willing to work themselves to the bone as the Asians do, they wouldn't be on welfare and they could afford to buy decent housing. With few exceptions, unfortunately, they don't seem to be able to do that, hence they remain right where they are---and blame whites for it.

You are correct that virtually all worker bees at the various NYC agencies are black, Hispanic---and Indian.
