He decided to offer Joseph a deal in which she could avoid criminal prosecution if she admitted her behavior was improper and managed to not get into any more trouble for a year. A pretty sweet deal, eh?

A deal has been struck undoubtedly led by the testicle free Mass. Governor Charlie Baker and she walks no matter what happens. She’ll actually probably come financially better somehow when all is said and done.
