If they required video of the interviews to be provided, with severe penalties, including a bounty of $5m per instance of fraud to the employee who disclosed it, I suspect these interviews would be a lot less troublesome in terms of actually landing only the foreign talent that is superior to what’s available domestically at prevailing wages.
