If smugness alone was a hanging offense, Peter Strzok would be doomed.

Yeah but its only treason when a Republican does it, when a Commie Dem does it the commie media calls it “Patriotic”

Their intent was to protect their version of America, not to overthrow America, they will not hang for treason. Interesting that the investigation of the email investigation will lead to the fisa doc investigation, because it is all connected

It is both insurrection and sedition.

It sounds like treason because it is TREASON...
But these two are pawns, their superiors are the ones who really committed treason, because they did not operate in isolation, they did the dirty work but were directed IMO all the from the Oval Office...

It is treason but unfortunately nobody today has the balls to enforce it. Instead we have traitors in our government rewarding traitors.

Treason probably would not apply because there has to be a power at war against the United States. It would be difficult to prove.
But I wonder what has to happen to get sedition enforced. What platform and how does the message get disseminated to make the 2020 elections a referendum on enforcing Sedition?
Refuse to vote for candidates until they respond to how they will enforce it? Great....How do we get the ball rolling? Which county/state can we use as a test bed?

Sorry, but it is no treason because they did not levy war against the US, nor did they provide aid or comfort to enemies we are at war with. Unlike John Walker Lindh, who should be dead.
It is not sedition because in the US that requires the use of force.
It's nice to imagine some hanging from a rope, but that will not happen.
To: Navy Patriot
Of course it was a coup d’etat and that is TREASON. Hang ‘em or shoot ‘em. Jail is too soft and expensive a sentence.

It may well be treason. I predict no one will be convicted of treason however, especially BO. If so charged, defendants will get to plea down.
We are trying to put the country back together, not tear it into more shreds. IF things are handled correctly, govt employees are going to be a LOT more careful about the rules they work under going forward.

I don’t think there’s any ‘could be’ about it.
Try ‘is’ instead.
