Me thinks Top 40 hit
My response to Strzoks smirk would have been
Ill give you 3 seconds, 3 censored seconds, to wipe that stupid smirk off your face, or I will gouge out your eyeballs and......
Could be? What the hell do you need to know 100% for sure???
He must have thought he would always be protected.
It is not sedition because in the US that requires the use of force.

Does planning, aiding, abetting and encouraging assassination attempts rise to the level of sedition?
Curiously, recently zer0 has removed Organizing for America from his website, or so I read. Are they or were they ever implicated in organized street violence? Is that enough force to trigger sedition?
Cass Sunstein’s “Nudge” sounds suspiciously like Share Blue and the interlocking David Brock organizations. Did they receive funding through the instigators of the coup? Do any of those organizations maintain ties to organizers/instigators of street violence, assassination attempts? Are ‘nudges’ insufficiently forceful, relative to sedition?
Informed people need to stop calling anything that was done to Trump or his campaign people as treason. Its not. Treason is an act during a time of war with another country that harms the military interests of the traitor’s own country. It is not a crime done to a person or persons. The crimes against Trump were violations of his First and Fourth Amendment rights under the Constitution under the color of law since they were executed by government officials. They may even qualify as hate crimes since they were done with hostility to Trump’s beliefs or creed.
I like Rush's name for him the best, 'Struck-Stroke-Smirk'.
Can you imagine if President Trump ever, even once, referred to him as 'Struck-Stroke-Smirk'?
The Press/Democrat outrage would almost be too delicious to handle.

Fair enough.
At what point does the fact of Trump’s position as CinC/POTUS factor in? What of the acts of violation of rights under color of law aimed at Cabinet officials, sitting legislators and sitting judges? Are those also simply acts against private individuals, regardless of their governmental positions? Elected officials are considered representatives of the nation as a whole. Is there some firewall in place to separate acts against these officials from their positions?
No, its not treason - except in the case of a few (such as Joe Biden) who may have conspired with a foreign government. Its sedition. And the punishment for that is pretty severe...and no, it doesnt have to be an armed uprising, as people here are suggesting.
Sedition is usually considered to be something in speech or writing, which would then theoretically lead to the armed uprising.

These are not stupid people. Evil, yes, but not stupid. But they were so confident in succeeding that they didnt even bother taking steps to avoid being caught if they didnt (do you think Hillary would investigate any of this had she won?). I find this incredible.
That will be the downfall of all of them.
The ringleader of the coup was/is Hussein.
Lots and lots of crimes. Sedition for most and because many of them conspired with countries that do not have our best interest at heart, Treason. Since we are at war with Narco Terrorism, those fighting against stopping the invasion on the Southern border could be a saboteur or a traitor. There have been several attempts on Trump’s life. There are probably several co-conspirators.

The wheels of justice turn slowly, but it seems they a beginning to turn again with Barr, after being stuck in the Sessions mud.
Mueller had perjury traps, indictmetns and guilty pleas in months. Where was Rep. Cheney when the GOP running the House? Using rhetoric like this to put pressure on GOP leadership? Nope. This is just more beltway theater red meat for the base from the GOP now that Traitor Ryan safely delivered the House to Pelosi
Dude is demonic.
People hate her here but I think shes good on the issues and things like this.
Right.
The most logical charge is conspiracy to defraud the US government, which carries a possible five year sentence per count. There are probably some other lesser charges as well.
Felony convictions of any kind are a tall order but necessary, even if they arent what are actually deserved.
