If it was common enough a practice, just the threat of having it done could blackmail all of them. Because we know full well the msm would play along with the blackmailers.
I seem to remember a rash of child porn being “found” on personal computers belonging to people that the Obama admin wanted out of the way. Then it was done to a female journalist (can’t recall her name) and she hired an outside computer forensics specialist and that guy determined it was an outside hackjob that placed the child porn deep into her root directory via an internet intrusion.
