National Command Authority declares authority for access terminated and its done.
Badges pulled, access codes deleted, physical access to computer assets is denied, building access is denied, etc....!!!!
AND, anybody guilty of subsequent dissemination of restricted data is guilty of a security breach and THEIR clearance is pulled until the matter is resolved.
