I couldn’t agree more, this turkey of a judge has taken it upon himself to decide there’s no national emergency at our southern border.
He’s dead wrong.
Being reasonable and serious here I believe a small area district judge with personal bias, racism and prejudice as his guide, should not be allowed to entirely rule the actions of a nation's people at home and in the government. That is precisely what he and the others do.
They overrule the House, the Senate and actually the SCOTUS temporarily unless they are overruled much later after appeals). They "run" our country. Marriage defined,police questioning of illegals,sanctuary cities, allegations of voter suppression,gun laws,terrorists allowed from known terror exporting countries,an election certified or thrown out and a recount started and so on.
What if his prejudice leads him to erroneously rule that there is no emergency but then hundreds die (let's say in border pushback by citizens in clashes or even accidental food poisoning and communicable diseases spreading) and thousands are endangered by gangs and illegals all over the country due to dispersion orders.
A home invasion, then a rape of a mother and daughter would have never happened in a northern state but this judge's order allowed the Texas border crosser to travel and commit his crimes. Isn't that judge at fault? He put himself above the President due to prejudice.
