This was a predictable ruling. And yes, judges arbitrarily rule the country.
At some point the USSC is going to be forced to decide if they will replace the presidency with judicial power, which of course would neuter the office and negate our votes.
The Executive could abolish the SCOTUS.
Just add 10 members to decide the fate of SCOTUS.
