A federal judge on Friday temporarily blocked the Trump administration's plan to spend billions to construct a wall on the U.S.-Mexico border with Defense Department funds.
U.S. District Court Judge Haywood Gilliam’s ruling applies to wall construction in specific areas in El Paso, Texas and Yuma, Arizona. Trump declared a national emergency in February to redirect funding from the Department of Defense to begin construction of his long-promised border wall.
“In short, the position that when Congress declines the Executive’s request to appropriate funds, the Executive nonetheless may simply find a way to spend those funds “without Congress” does not square with fundamental separation of powers principles dating back to the earliest days of our Republic,” wrote Gilliam, who was appointed to the bench by former President Barack Obama.

Except, Obama-judge, the law specifically says the President can do so unless Congress overrides him - which they did not.
But Congress disagrees with him LOL!

Bet this “Holder’s Person” couldn’t pick cotton either! It’s long past time for the SCOTUS to rule that these District Court Judges don’t have the authority to issue nation-wide rulings.
This crap with these judges needs to go to the SCOTUS asap can’t the SCOTUS have an emergency hearing on this unconstitutional CRAP now!! This BS needs to stop!!!

If Trump declared that he was opposed to building a wall, within five minutes some Obama judge would order the immediate construction of all 2,000 miles.

doesn’t matter. Judges have zero constitutional authority to interfere with national defense as determined by the POTUS, and he may continue construction (he may indeed shred 1000 judicial ‘orders’ and paste them into bricks for the wall!...would make for some fine optics, too, ha!)
