I remember one Australian news report that said on election night the Australian PM had to call Greg Norman to get Trump's phone number so he could make a congratulatory call. Seems like a Trump presidency was not even on their list of contingencies.
Traditionally CIA, NSA, MI6 and Australian SIS have had very close ties. The old "Echelon" program, forerunner to current "Big Data" efforts, was a partnership between those 4 agencies. This really needs to be scaled back until we can be assured they will no longer be used to violate our national sovereignty. It's a matter of national security, real national security.
