The official Voice of America radio has fired two more reporters for their role in a broadcast interview with a dissident Chinese billionaire amid charges radio executives caved to Chinese government pressure in canceling the broadcast midstream.
The Guo interview had been scheduled for three hours but was cut off after an hour and 19 minutes following protests from the Chinese Embassy in Washington to VOA and the State Department.
The VOA did not respond to an email request for comment on the latest firings.

Secretary Pompeo is recommending new leadership. The current CEO is married into the Graham family, who ran the Washington Post for decades.
Those Leftist apparatchiks in the Federal Government need to be replaced with patriotic Americans.
It is interesting to see how VOA works. Apparently, the Chicomms called VOA while the dissident was broadcasting to pull the plug on him. Pretty fast response; they must have had VOA’s number on their fast dial.
Why have we seen so few (maybe none) Hollywood movies on the Tienanmen Square massacre? Also, universities in the US are under great Chinese influence since they receive full tuition from their Chinese students.
I think President Trump should issue the Presidential Medal of Freedom to these guys.

It also shows how the communist Chinese work. They are by far the biggest force in the world today, for corrupting Government officials. It is central to their foreign policy and economic policy.
The United States is their single most important target for those operations, getting the biggest budget and their best people dedicated to it.

Actually, I’m surprised they managed to broadcast for more than an hour before being cut off. Someone at the Chinese embassy apparently dropped the ball; normally they get to work the moment they learn such a broadcast is scheduled.

When it comes to communist Chinese influence, full tuition is nothing compared to the proliferation of Confucius Institutes at many US universities, and all the money going directly to the Chinese faculties and students the CCP recruited.

VOA bends over for Russia as well. They still have former KGB working for them.
Obama and his bunch of reds corrupted a once good voice into the Communist world. Time to deconstruct it, prosecute its’ traitors, and build a new, pro-America VOA.
It would be nice if Pompeo would fire the guy who ordered the firings and reinstate the two reporters who hosted Guo.
