The FISA Court does NOT “review the evidence”
They take the sworn word of the people submitting to it that their evidence has been reviewed and investigated

Yep. Just like a judge considering issuing an arrest or search warrant, all the FISA court reviews is the affidavit. They assume the FIB won’t lie to them. Hopefully, after this mess is revealed, that will change.
