I won’t predict either way, but there MUST be indictments of key players. The Democrats need to be on the defensive the rest of the way to 2020, and every few weeks another indictment needs to be handed down. Also, any time an indictment is handed down, and the suspect doesn’t plead to the first offer, more charges need to be added.


Democrats never go on defense. No need to with top cover from the media and a GOPe ambivalent to Obama admin assaults on POTUS/Tea Party/Etc.

If there are indictments without convictions the Dems will fight for every inch claiming they are political prosecutions. That’s why the Deep State aided and abetted by the GOPe are running out the clock and pushing everything up against 2020.

Yes they can claim it. The counter to this is that a person who is accused has the right to face his accusers and see the evidence. So if a trial is delayed for a lengthy period of time due to defense motions, that can be pointed out.
