Graham is a different man (insert joke here) than he was a year ago. Strings have been cut, and he’s on board with POTUS. At least that’s my theory, but we’ll find out soon, I guess.
Graham is smart enough to kno0w he can’t get re-elected running against Trump, so he’s pretending to be on our side until after he’s reelected and then he’ll be back to pushing amnesty again.
