At any rate, could it seem that IQ’s are becoming lower when the problem is actually idiotic ideas on how to educate the children?
IQ is pretty much separate from education. You can take an IQ test when you are a kid, then go through all the way to post-grad education, take another IQ test and you shouldn’t see much movement either way (unless you partied way too much in college!).
