Today the Senate confirmed 4 more @RealDonaldTrump judges, bringing the total to 112!
These Judges serve as the last line of defense for the rule of law around the country 🇺🇸
#PromisesMadePromisesKept
How many more need to be nominated & approved. /s
That's why they hate him so much. He has raised the bar.
Pun intended
A whole lot more are needed. I believe there are about 700 Obama RESISTANCE Judges.
There’s only 840 federal judges total.
116th Congress Last updated on 05/23/2019
Total Vacancies:141 Total Nominees Pending:71
This does not reflect Wednesday’s 4 confirmations, but does have the nominees submitted May 21st. So currently 137 Vacancies and 67 nominees.
The total number of Obama Article III judgeship nominees to be confirmed by the United States Senate is 329,including:
2 justices to the Supreme Court of the United States,
55 judges to the United States Courts of Appeals,
268 judges to the United States district courts, and
4 judges to the United States Court of International Trade.
Obama did not make any recess appointments to the federal courts.
I think 870 now?
President Trump is in office 851 days and has 609 days to go in his first term.
If he continues at the same pace and wins reelection in 2020, he will appoint 272 more, for a total of 384 - just a hair more than Obama.
That would beat Reagan, who is #1 right now...
Trump needs to get on it!
I must give mitch praise foe his role in this, including, by passing senators use or non-use of blue slips.
Mitch told the demonRAT senators to lick the back of his shell, that he would move on without their approval of instate judges.
On most issues, the turtle has withdrawn his testicles inside of his shell, BUT, for some reason, unknown to me, he has been the best senate majority leader at getting judges approved that I have ever seen {in my almost 8 decades on the planet}.
Works for me.
Donald is the best President since Ronald.
Support Donald. Don't believe the MSM BS. He is the best President of our time.
Fine with me.
Sorry, my mistake, there’s 890 federal judge slots, of which we have 137 slots vacant.
