It’s an ex post facto law, inapplicable to returns filed in reliance on prior promises of confidentiality. Thus, it violates due process clause of the 14th, and through it the 4th Amendment forbidding unreasonable searches and seizures.

This is not an ex post facto law under the Constitution. Do your resesrch before making yourself look stupid.
