Exactly. Most female employees at, say, an insurance brokerage, don’t want that raise THAT much.

Title IX abuse shows that even when there is evidence to exonerate you, these kangaroo courts can ignore it.

There are college cases where these rape tribunals:

* expelled a man who refused to have sex with an aggressive woman, ignored evidence exonerating him

He had half an hour of recorded audio showing she was pressuring him, he refused sex, she tried to do oral sex then bit him. Then she charged him with sexual assault, and the school expelled him and withheld his degree. He’s suing.

* charged a UTA student with homophobic Title IX violations though he was the one sexually harassed

The homosexual man likely accused him first to avoid charges himself, and the school ignored even their fig leaf process and clear conflict of interest with an investigator who knew and liked the homosexual

* let rape tribunals become political weapons

There are female academics who’ve been brought before Title IX committees. Laura Kipnis twice, I think, for writing about how colleges do NOT have a rape culture. Lindsay Sheppard in Canada for showing a pro and con clip on the transgender pronoun debate in a communication class.

* non-sexual encounters with socially awkward people lead to false Title IX charges

This Autistic Student with Cerebral Palsy Got Two Title IX Violations for a ‘Fist Bump’ and a Selfie. Now, He’s Suing.

* a hysteric third party can file a case

In one insane case, the girl and boy consented to intimacy and a hicky. Her friend filed a rape case against the boy and he was dragged before a tribunal ... while the girl said it was consensual. That was on Campus Reform.

* you can be charged for what you didn’t do

The accused student violated Southern California’s sexual misconduct policy, the university argued, not by harming the woman himself, but by failing to stop the other men from slapping her and for later leaving her alone with them.

They’re actually finding that men are less likely to do CPR or do things like remove a bra though it increases her odds of survival.

Or sex segregation in the workplace. That’s the man’s floor, that’s the woman’s floor.

Google is a big help in researching a potential employee for anything; the names often pop up if there have been lawsuits (and its free).

Some sexual harassment is real, and some is BS; unfortunately, there is much at risk for a supervisor - and the company - if they deal with such people.
