That makes two of us. ‘You know, the one thing most American citizens don’t seem to grasp is the fact that the President is not your personal leader, nor are US senators your representation in Congress... the only representation you have in Congress is your home district congressman.

There are 435 representatives who control the purse strings, and every bill is supposed to originate in the House of Representatives. Practically every law in the country started there, was approved of by the Senate, and signed into law by the President at the time of it’s enaction.

Congress (in the past) has effectively tied the hands of the Executive on precisely what actions can be taken when dealing with illegal immigrants, IE... if the illegal sets foot on our soil, AND requests asylum, he/she must be given the opportunity to have their hearing. Furthermore, since there aren’t enough judges to handle the situation, Congress has forbidden, through law, the returning of them to Mexico or anywhere else, AND they can only be held for 20 days, and then released.

So, you have to catch them, confine them, then you have to release them, you have to trust that they’ll return for their hearing, you have to provide for their welfare while they’re here by expending our treasure, but you can’t just kill them... THIS IS THE LAW! So, what to do...

Trump had nothing to do with making the laws. Having said that, apparently the law doesn’t say they can’t be shipped to demonRATic bastions that champion the causes of the illegals. The demonRATs envisioned placing them in Republican strongholds to dillute the political landscapes and ensure that demonRATic voter trends would keep RATS in office indefinitly... robbing Peter to pay Paul as it were. I don’t think the RATS ever envisioned having to deal with and clean up after the illegals in their own backyards.

I’ve said for years that if you want to stop all of this nonsense, put the illegals in subsidized encampments in view of the Hamptons, near the Kennedy compounds, DC, in fact anywhere the beautiful, rich and powerful people live... ‘you know... the trendy tourism locales in the demonRAT liberal meccas.

It appears Trump’s people may have been listening after all.
